Dylan Guenther wins it for the Utah Hockey Club over the Blue Jackets

Dylan Guenther wins overtime on a breakaway to score and give Utah a 3-2 win over the Columbus Blue Jackets on the road on Thursday night. Connor Ingram made 20 saves for Utah, which improved to 23-22-9. Utah's been a rollercoaster season, but this is a feel-good victory for the club.

Guenther is just phenomenal. He is fearless during crunch time and established himself as one of the most clutch players in hockey this season. Guenther has come back with a vengeance after his injury. He's getting more comfortable being on the ice and leading his team to success.

The Blue Jackets gave Utah some serious competition. They were aggressive and had chances to put the game in their possession. But this was revenge for Utah. In the last meeting, the Blue Jackets won in overtime at Delta Center. This time, Utah returned the favor.

Lawson Crouse had a good night. At 17:54 in the second period, he tied the game 1-1. It was a good heads-up play for the Utah offense to put the puck in the net and move it around.

Utah Hockey Club had other thoughts and made sure this would be a different script

The Blue Jackets had a chance to score in a power play position, but Ingram was unstoppable. He let nothing get past him in the third period. We must also consider that this game marked his 100th career with the franchise.

Everything turned out perfect for the goaltender. Ingram still has the potential to become an elite goalie. He's 27 and has more opportunities to prove himself that he can fear other teams when they step on the ice against him.

Utah's next game is against the Carolina Hurricanes on Saturday afternoon. The team must continue to rack up victories, especially on the road.
