Logan Cooley might've been snubbed off the top 20 center list...
But he can make it in the future

Had the Mammoth actually used Vincent Trocheck at the center position, then he could've cracked the top 20. Other than that, though, Cooley hasn't proved himself enough. In the 2025-26 season, Cooley scored 24 goals and added 19 assists in 54 games. If he wants to make the list, Cooley needs to add more assists, stay healthy, and score more goals.
The 22-year-old can break out, and hopefully he does. The combination of him and Dylan Guenther is very deadly, and Utah hopes that continues. The Guenther-Cooley line can be one of the best in the NHL. At the least, the ceiling of that is insane.
If Cooley can put up great numbers in a full season, then there's no reason for him not to reach such list in the future.
